Partnered with Sutton Enterprises-General Engineering and Construction they can handle any job from residential to industrial and everything in between. The Sutton family has been serving the community for over 30 years.

Does the thought of using a pressure canner scare you? It shouldn’t! Learn how a pressure canner works and the multiple safety features included on every modern canner. Build your confidence in pressure canning by watching several mini-demonstrations and compare a variety of canner types. Learn when you need to use a pressure canner and why; don’t risk a case of botulism because you didn’t practice safe canning.
This class is from 6:30-8:30 pm at the Amador County GSA Building, 12200-B Airport Road, Jackson and is free.
