Calaveras County, CA....The Calaveras County Board of Supervisors are back in action Tuesday, January 6th, 2009, after the holiday break. It looks like a full agenda welcoming them back. Click Here To Watch Live at 9am! UPDATES 9:10am....Russ Thomas has been voted Board Chair for 2009. After Supervisor Tryon was nominated and declined Supervisor Callaway was voted Vice Chair for 2009. Shortly before the start of the meeting incoming District One Supervisor Gary Tofanelli was sworn in. They are taking a 5 min break and will resume at 10:15am. At 10:23am they are back in session and talking about the legal access issues. At 12:15 they broke for a 5 minute recess and will resume the meeting. 1:45pm, Meeting is continuing at this hour. (2:18pm Update) Wallace Lake Estates after much discussion was pushed until the end of January. Muphys Creek Estates was moved forward and all members of the Planning Commission were returned for another year by their respective Supervisors. The meeting has just ended and we will have the full meeting up soon.
