Almost 4,500 PG&E Customers Powerless in Arnold Area

Arnold, CA...PG&E is reporting almost 4,500 customers without power in the Arnold area. Initial reports are that the outage is weather related.

            PG&E never cops to the real reason for outages. Measure A makes no sense! It seems like a double layer of fire protection.
