Our democracy is under attack according to our Dictator wannabe. Yes Joe it is, that's why your administration was ordered by a judge to NOT contact any administration personnel of any social media outlet. It's called the Right to Free Speech. And now you're trying to get the legacy media too not report on anything regarding your son or the Republicans Impeachment Inquiry. The truth shall be heard President Professor hahahaha

President Joe Biden recalled on Thursday how he used to teach political theory at the University of Pennsylvania, but the fact is he never taught a single class at the school.

"Our democracy is under attack, and we got to fight for it," Biden, 80, said during a speech at Maryland's Prince George's Community College. "I taught at the University of Pennsylvania for four years, and I used to teach political theory. And folks, you always hear, every generation has to fight for democracy''

President Biden gives coherent, thoughtful and accurate speeches. Unlike the rambling and three word chants of the former. Refreshing to listen to real diplomat and one who has dedicated his life to public service.

Now we need to force them to provide our county with the local to source power. The power they deceptively provide from their hydro electrical project (Dam) pumping away our water also to the cities to make that power for the cities. It is just wrong, and they have screwed our county for too long now.

They have Northern California Power Agency, based in Roseville, with an office in Murphy's run it for them. They are providing power strung through huge towers and transmission lines that run through our county to cities around California at less expensive rates than we all get from PG&E.

Calaveras County should have the cleaner Hydro Water Power that they produce with our finite water resources to produce it. Why would this not be? Less huge transmission towers and lines to maintain by providing power to the local county its' power source is in, would be less expensive to maintain.

After a record rainfall/snow pack year why is CCWD raising rates? They should be giving customers a rebate not a rate increase. Compare CCWD staffing levels to CPUD?? CCWD has a Taj Mahal per a small efficient office at CPUD.
There is no financial accountability from the “Rubber Stamp” water board.

And ....they need to be forced to provide us all the raw water for farming, and all uses other than just the expensive treated drinking water. Most people would never use the treated water for watering yards, washing vehicles, laundry, etc. etc.

We would have many organic food farms spring up for our community. Healthy food in our local stores and restaurants locally grown.

Give us our locally produced, creator given water first, before it is corruptly sold and shipped to Southern California. That water that you are pumping out to Melones Reservoir, that then goes into a mix of other California mountain water at Bellota, then straight out to Southern California.

Any new drinking water lines they are installing anywhere in the county, need to have a raw water line ran right next to them.

This will push many of us way over our limits. As a senior who moved to a tiny condo in hopes of making ends meet, I was very surprised at the high fee CCWD charges for water/sewer....I pay approx 150 per mo. For water and sewer now. Tiny condo, no kids, no pets, no lawn....limit my water usage, and am paying that much. And it'll double in 3 years.300.00 a month by then? What's wrong with this picture?

A lot of us seniors, disabled and so on will be homeless if this keeps up. I have written letters begging not to raise rates. They don't care.
And, to top it off, this includes the discount I get for being on the poverty level.

        Definitely something wrong here.

So canceling oil leases, pipelines, slow walking permits on existing leases has no effect???? A good portion of oil price is future replacement cost!!!!!!

If you by edict and policy kill the future what do you think that will to prices????

Biden owns $100 oil even after he drained the strategic oil reserves

If you actually care about the climate you would want as much of the world's oil supply sourced here!!! We have to do it cleaner than anyone in the world because of the EPA etc.

The real hypocrisy is you want to punish us and let Russia, Iran and Saudi block control us while polluting the world more than we ever would.

With your policies you hate your neighbors, hate your fellow citizens and are damming the future of our children!!!!

But a limited resource is going to get more expensive, no matter which country is pumping it out of the ground.

Please don’t pretend that the companies that want to drill in Alaska are doing it for anything but money.

Dude, yes they are doing it for money. So is Russia etc. Biden's policies have led to $100 oil and filled Putin's coffers so he can kil Ukrainians.

If oil is under $50 a barrel Russia is a poor country and can't wage war!!! The left claims to be pro democracy and pro Ukraine.

Their policies had led directly to thousands of Ukrainian deaths and a dirtier, uglier planet.

Ukrainians are being killed because Russia is invading their country.

And there is no possibility that the US could immediately produce enough oil to drive oil to $50 a barrel.

You are an ignorant imbecile that has no clue. You cant see beyond the end of your nose. You need to sit down and shut up!

Biden has ruined any civil discussions, and lost any respect or trust for America that we had in the past. He is only interested in stealing their natural resources at a laughable price. All this... while shutting down business and jobs here, by not using our own natural resources to keep us independent and strong from within our own country.

Now all those other countries are meeting together uniting against America. America has been corruptly stealing their natural resources for pennies on the dollar, along with trying to control and police everything they do. ALL of this does come down to the prices of gas at our pumps in America.

All of the countries uniting against the corruptly run USA are now just beginning to tell the USA to pound sand.

Yes, you could finance projects over 30 year terms to ease the burden. An agenda is somebody’s it just doesn’t happen by itself. Leadership makes the choices and decisions and changes in leadership can vastly change outcomes. Decisions are made based on assumptions and perceptions and unbalanced decisions making processes can have harmful consequences. Good intentions don’t always result in reasonable decisions and that’s what we’re dealing with here.

Last I checked the homeowner owns the meter. When you build a house you have to pay for the meter. Your idea while very humorous, would only increase costs paying for a new meter.

          Oh no not a meanie.

Go back to your safe spot in the closet. Put some more stickers on your car. More stuffed animals toys in the back window of your car. Plan another party at your job in mental health at the government center. Fill up all the offices and supervisor chambers with all your child like party decoration supplies. Everyday needs to be a unicorn and rainbows party for you.

"So with all of your whining and protest letters you could not stop the rate increases. Too bad. How does it feel to be defeated? Now just pay your water bill and STFU!"

        Ignorant and combative CCWD employee.^

Because Calaveras residents are never willing to pay for any increases, even if the right thing to do.

My name is Joseph Xiden and I'm the Present of the United States of America and I'm mad.
I went on a long trip to California and as I was filling up my Big Rig did you know Diesel is $6.39 a gallon? I swear to God man! I'm not kidding!! This is the fault of the last guy who was in charge that, so know, the mugshot guy and I'm gonna get these prices down, starting right now!!! I now will make it that anyone who pays for gas or like me, a big rig driver using diesel YOU PAY FOR IT WITH CASH, YOU'LL GET 10 CENTS OFF PER GALLON!!! I SWEAR TO GOD MAN, 10 CENTS. Filling up my rig, I will have saved.....uhhh...ummm... Hunter? How much??? Hunter said enough to buy an 🎱 Ball, and a couple of skanks like my Vice....Hunter, let's not go there.
This is what I've learned when I was teaching Political Theory at
the University of Pennsylvania. And by the way, don't believe Fox News saying I didn't teach, I was a professor there, I swear to God man. Any dumb Son of a Bytch who doesn't believe me can....hey! Turn my mic back on... wha....bed time?? Again.. It's 10 am? 😞
