California State Parks Offers Free Admission to Veterans, Active and Reserve Military on Memorial Day
Sacramento, CA...California State Parks is honoring the service of veterans, and active and reserve military members, by offering free admission to 130 participating state park units on Memorial Day – Monday, May 29, 2023. The list of participating park units can be found at parks.ca.gov/MemorialDay2023.
“State Parks invites these brave people and their families to enjoy the beauty, peace, and rich history of their public lands,” said California State Parks Director Armando Quintero. “Thank you for sacrificing so much for your nation, for your families, and for our freedom.”
Veterans, active duty, and reserve military personnel must show a valid military ID, or proof of discharge other than dishonorable or bad conduct, to receive free admission. AB 150 (Olsen), signed by Governor Edmund G. Brown, Jr. in 2013, authorized California State Parks to offer veterans, active duty, and reserve military personnel from the United States Armed Forces and the National Guard of any state a reduced or free day use at participating state parks.
State Parks is reminding the public that there are other free passes available including the California State Park Adventure Pass for California fourth graders and their families. Since the three-year pilot program began in 2021, almost 37,000 fourth graders have signed up for their free Adventure Pass that allows them and their families free access to 19 select state parks. There is still time to sign up. This year’s fourth graders have until Aug. 31, 2023, to enjoy their Adventure Pass. Who's department of justice is trying to charge a former POTUS for having classified documents at his home, where the former POTUS has had Secret Service at his home 24/7/365 days a year, President Biden is. Yet while Biden was VP, he took had classified documents found at three different locations, over 9 boxes of classified documents, and Biden did not have secret service protection at these places, and no FBI or DOJ, guns out, search warrants and one of the places were a think center, built with over $40,000,000 from Communist Party of China. The other place was where his Drug Addict, Alcoholic, money laundering son, who was getting Millions of Dollars from the Ukraine,Russia, and the CCP, house of Joe Biden and rent was being paid to dad for over TEN TIMES THE GOING RATE of the most expensive home on the market, and was not protected by the Secret Service, but the POTUS claimed it's not like I left the garage door up. No Joe, you weren't living there, your drug addict, drunkard son was.
Speaking of, FBI and IRS Senior Agents who have come forward as Whistle Blowers saying the DOJ, IRS, and FBI are hampering the investigations into Biden's family, are retaliation by the Biden's Dept of Justice and his Secret Gestapo Agents, and even the FBI are not obeying subpoenas from Congress. He has used the FBI to harass former President Donald Trump and a wide range of Republicans. And he’s turned a blind eye to every report of foreign money going to the Biden family ($3 million in one Chinese transaction, a diamond sent to Hunter Biden, millions of dollars sent by the widow of the Mayor of Moscow, etc.).
Garland’s also done nothing with the clear references to "the big guy" in various Hunter Biden emails. He’s ignored the testimony of Hunter Biden’s associates that Joe Biden was actively supporting them as vice president. The list goes on.
If Nixon’s White House was trying, unsuccessfully, to manipulate the IRS, the FBI, and the CIA, Biden’s White House has become quite good at it. These institutions are now so corrupted that their senior leadership is instinctively willing to break the law, frame the innocent, and obstruct justice in defense of their chosen leader. This includes lying to FISA courts, leaking falsehoods to the equally corrupt elite media, and isolating and punishing would-be whistle blowers.
Compare the shock of Democrats and Republicans in the Watergate era with the staunch unwillingness of virtually any Democrat to go after the Biden family scandals – or to be infuriated at the blatant abuses of power and obstructions of justice.
The Durham report had an impact, because it began to build a narrative of such institutional illegality and corruption that the hand of the House Republican investigators has been dramatically strengthened.
Over the next few months, we will learn more about just how sick the system has become, just how dishonest the elite corporate media are, and just how deep the need for reform is.
Watergate, a narrow trail of idiotic criminal behavior and cover up led to 69 officials being indicted and 48 going to jail.
When the tide turns, and honest people are once again openly enraged and demanding action, we are going to learn just how much corruption there is.
At that point, we will realize that Watergate was a modest preliminary venture into lawbreaking, and the Biden-Garland-establishment system is filled with criminality on a grand scale.

The Justice Department removed an IRS whistleblower and his entire team from the criminal investigation of Hunter Biden’s taxes in what his lawyers described to Congress on Monday as an act of retaliation and possible obstruction of congressional inquiries, according to correspondence to lawmakers obtained by Just the News.
The IRS whistleblower, whose name has not been released, is a decorated supervisory criminal investigative agent who led the team probing the presidential son’s tax affairs.
He received whistleblower protection a few weeks ago from Congress and the Justice Department inspector general to disclose evidence he says shows there was political interference in the Hunter Biden probe.
"Today the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Criminal Supervisory Special Agent we represent was informed that he and his entire investigative team are being removed from the ongoing and sensitive investigation of the high-profile, controversial subject about which our client sought to make whistleblower disclosures to Congress,” the whistleblower’s lawyers, Mark Lytle and Tristan Leavitt, wrote in a letter to multiple House and Senate committees. "He was informed the change was at the request of the Department of Justice."

The move stunned lawmakers in Congress, who had just taken action to accept the IRS agent as a whistleblower and were making plans to conduct a transcribed interview with him in coming days, and who had just received assurances from IRS chief Daniel Werfel that there would be no reprisals against the whistleblower.
“This most recent communication concerning allegations of retaliatory actions against a whistleblower, appears to contradict the sworn testimony by Commissioner Werfel who pledged that whistleblower protections would be upheld,” House Ways and Means Committee Chairman Jason Smith told Just the News on Tuesday morning.
”Congress’s duty to hold government agencies accountable relies on the availability and willingness of individuals to speak out about wrongdoing,” he added. “Not only does retaliation like this discourage whistleblowers, it can also rise to the level of an illegal violation of statutory protections for whistleblowers. I call on Commissioner Werfel to abide by his pledge, quickly provide information to Congress in response to these allegations, and ensure that no action is taken to discourage those who attempt to shine a light on government misconduct.”
Lytle, a former DOJ lawyer, and Leavitt, a former congressional investigator who serves as president of the Empower Oversight whistleblower center, wrote lawmakers that they were concerned that the removal of their client and his entire team was a form of reprisal for his coming forward to Congress, something the IRS chief just vowed would not happen.
"On April 27, 2023, IRS Commissioner Daniel Werfel appeared before the House Committee on Ways and Means," they noted. "He testified: 'I can say without any hesitation there will be no retaliation for anyone making an allegation or a call to a whistleblower hotline.' However, this move is clearly retaliatory and may also constitute obstruction of a congressional inquiry."
The lawyers noted that federal law prohibits a whistleblower from any reprisals, including "receiving a 'significant change in duties, responsibilities, or working conditions' (which this clearly is) because of his disclosures to Congress."
Lytle and Leavitt asked lawmakers in the House and Senate to begin probing what happened to their client.
"Removing the experienced investigators who have worked this case for years and are now the subject-matter experts is exactly the sort of issue our client intended to blow the whistle on to begin with,” they added.
The letter was addressed to the GOP chairman and top Democrats on the Judicial and House Ways and Means committees as well as the Democrat chairmen and top Republicans on the Senate Finance and Judiciary committees.
In late April, Just the News reported that an IRS whistleblower was alleging that federal prosecutors had engaged in "preferential treatment and politics" to prevent tax charges from being filed against the president's son.
The whistleblower's allegations appear to contradict sworn testimony from Attorney General Merrick Garland that Delaware U.S. Attorney David Weiss, who has been heading up the investigation, had full authority to pursue the case without fear of political interference.
Speaking on the "Just the News, No Noise" television show on Friday, Leavitt revealed that congressional leaders had received the allegations with interest and would likely to hold hearings to air his client's claims.
He also said Missouri Republican Rep. Jason Smith has identified that House Ways and Means is committed to thoroughly hearing these allegations, "so we look forward to a process. ... We are engaged with both sides of the aisle, and we anticipate that ultimately, our client, a very, very courageous and well-respected whistleblower, will be able to share his allegations with Congress."
