The "exclusive" pinetree.net price reduction doesn't seem to be working too well on the dump above. How long has it been?? Its Pinebrook. Hello!!

It's a good home in great shape with solid bones AND in a great school district. The problem is they missed the market which was primarily Bay area folks buying second homes. It was all about having a place to get away from COVID and low interest rates. Rather than ridicule others, you might be concerned that places like Calaveras and the Route 4 corridor are always the last to come back from a recession which doesn't bode well for any local homeowner's investment along with contractors and a whole new group of young realtors starting out on their careers. Take a look at a local real estate office's websites and you'll see there aren't many listings or sales.

F Off ! It's surrounded by huge Cedars and Pines, a death trap waiting to happen. The picture shows the ground scraped to bare earth, erosion problem now. This house requires massive and continual tree litter maintenance. Plus one of those trees, or more falling on the home in a wind storm or heavy snow fall would be devastating, if you lived.

There are no homes for sale because all the flatlanders voting to ruin where they lived have now fled here upon being locked down in the cities. They over bid and paid with cash to beat out everyone else. These are their second and third homes. Those empty homes here destroy any tight knit communities. If short term rentals bring crime, loud parties and worse. They also have greedily taken the homes for families and working people.

Every loser snowflake around is now a real estate sales person. The markets flooded with them. Funny as hell they now have to find a real job.

Despite your tone, I think if you read my words a bit closer you'll find we're basically saying the same thing. And for the record, much of the upper corridor has the same soil and tree conditions.

You sound very angry. Did you lose the bid for the remodel or lot clearing?

It is very monochromatic! Needs a little color as it is currently one big white mess

Straight out of the fire of Hell

This so called church has some serious lacking moral and religious beliefs.

Serving and promoting alcohol do not go along with a family friendly event.

This is one of the seven deadly sins
Gluttony, which is usually understood to include drunkenness.

And here we have both gluttony and promoting alcohol. Yes, a seriously confused leadership.

Too early to be eating communally in the time of COVID and RSV, especially in an area with such a relatively low vaccination rate.

If you haven't figured out that it's now safe to dine communally, you're doomed.

It's safe for you, your children and your elders if you're vaccinated and maintain a reasonable communal bubble. Talk to real medical professionals much?
