4,407 Marijuana Plants Eradicated by Tuolumne County Narcotics Team at Marble Mountain
Tuolumne County, CA....On August 22, 2008, Tuolumne Narcotics Team (TNT), the California Department of Justice CAMP Team and members of the US Forest Service eradicated 4407 (four thousand for hundred and seven) Marijuana Plants from the Marble Mountain area of the Stanislaus National Forest. The plants were originally located during an aerial observation mission. The plants were 2-4 feet in height. If allowed to mature the plants would have had a street value of approx. $2500.00 a piece.....
No suspects were located; evidence at the scene indicates this was a Mexican Drug Trafficking Organization Grow.
Total plants eradicated this year in Tuolumne County is 93,899.
