Calaveras County, CA....Tammy Beilstein has started a new endeavor and we would like to wish her well...."Embracing Family Home Funerals" is the name of her new business. Her family has been in the mortuary business since 1903 and she grew up doing that work. Tammy always assumed she would be a funeral director and take over the family business one day. I believe this is a very healing way for a family to say goodbye and it is what our ancestors did before mortuaries ever existed. People cared for their own.
