A big thanks to Joyce Techel and My Valley Springs.com for putting a stake through the heart of the New Hogan asphalt plant. Could you just imagine how bad the traffic on HWY 26 would be if all that tar baby *bleep* was coming out of Hogan to pave a road in San Joaquin city? Glad we dumped that supervisor.
