Mass Shooting in Sacramento this Morning. 15 Shot, 6 Deceased, Some Roads Remain Closed.
Sacramento, CA...Officers located at least 15 shooting victims, including 6 who are deceased. There will be a media staging area at 9th St/K St. 9th St to 13th St is closed between L St & J St as officers investigate a shooting with multiple victims. Conditions unknown at this time. Please avoid the area as a large police presence will remain and the scene remains active.
Additional information: City Hall has been opened as an information center for families of victims of this incident. City staff and a police presence will be on scene for assistance.

Out of context. Judges rule by the given laws and extent of damages. Don't like the laws - work at changing them rather than blame those who've taken an oath to uphold.

I confess I didn't watch the above video, I did hear something about a rifle on another site and around 50 shots. I also saw where a bunch of people fighting on the street. It's just a matter of time when they bring it up here.
