Thousands of PG&E Customers Powerless on Tuesday Morning
Arnold, CA...PG&E's system is straining under the load of the Winter Storm System with significant outages along 120 from Groveland into Yosemite, Hwy 108 at higher elevations, Hwy 4 in Arnold area & also in Amador County.
