Tiger Creek Road Collision Takes Life of Kathleen Fillmore, 22 from Pioneer
Pioneer, CA...Orval Flannery was driving his Cadillac westbound on Tiger Creek Road, east of Old River Road, in Amador County. He was driving at an unknown speed when he approached a gradual right hand curve in the roadway. Mr. Orval allowed the Escalade to travel off the south side of Tiger Creek Road where it rolled over multiple times down a steep dirt and rock embankment where Flannery, passenger Fillmore and passenger Wilson were all ejected due to not using their seatbelts. Passenger Wilson sustained moderate injuries, driver Flannery sustained life threatening major injuries and passenger Fillmore sustained fatal injuries.

Three people not wearing a seatbelt???? Give me a break. No excuse at all! The juvenile at least had her seatbelt on. Gotta wake up folks, this is not acceptable at all!

The juvenile is a three month old baby I'm glad she was strapped in her mother was one thrown out and killed that is very sad outcome and I know there's more to the story I would love to find it out I am family to her

What is wrong with you people. Could you imagine if that had been your daughter or friend or sister. You people are sick. She is somebody's loved one and you are on here saying she deserves this. She lost her life. Her daughter lost her mother. Just because she didn't wear a seat belt doesn't make her life any less valuable than the next person's. You people are disturbing

You the sad thing her is that there really is a story here more then this is what happens when u don't wear a seatbelt.. You should of done ur job and actually followed up with the family of the ppl involved or just one of the survivors.. you guys leave out the fact that the other girl in th accident found the car after being ejected to get the baby out and then Carried that baby up a 200ft embankment to get help.... a lil bit a a hero I would say... but go on tell ur story of thus is what happened when u don't wear seat belts. Shame on all of you..
