"Branching Out" With Hanna Alldrin
Calaveras County, CA...A new addition to The Pine Tree.net is "Branching Out With Hanna Alldrin." Each week Hanna will explore Calaveras County and will come up with a weekly question to ask local residents. Local areas you might see Hanna are Starbucks in Angels Camp, Sierra Hills Market in Murphys, or Big Trees Market in Arnold. This weeks question was....

"How do high gas prices affect your summer plans? Hanna asked three local residents in Murphys this afternoon. Below are their answers.
"I don't have as much money to go on trips and family vacations. Its limiting my families ability to see things that we have wanted to see or do things that we have wanted to do," shared Nick Allan from Copperopolis.
"Gas prices have affected my summer plans heavily. I'm not able to go on all on my summer trips. My family had to let some of our plans go," shared Tom Doneto from Murphys/Alameda.
"My husband and I have decided to buy an electric car because of the high gas prices. Although we wont be spending as much money on gas, the gas prices have limited our plans during the summer," shared IrvaDean Doneto from Murphys/Alameda.
