Upcoming COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic: May 5, 2021 at Health & Human Services 2 PM - 6 PM Pfizer Vaccine

Amador County, CA... Eligibility for this clinic includes people 16 years & older who live or work in Amador County. The following upcoming clinic will be held at Health &Human Services located at 10877 Conductor Blvd, Sutter Creek, CA 95685. Drive around to the BACK of the building and park in the back parking lot. To register for an appointment, visit My Turn website: https://myturn.ca.gov This clinic will use the Pfizer vaccine



On-site registration is available - however expect a wait-time if appointment is not previously scheduled. Those will appointment times are prioritized.

Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian or bring a completed consent form signed by the parent or legal guardian with them.
