Pinnacle Physical Therapy Now Offering Pilates With Marie Schar, PTA, CPI
Angels Camp, CA...If you are looking to improve your posture, improve back or neck pain and improve your core strength and overall fitness level, our Pilates programs may be the answer. Appropriate for all ages and fitness levels, Pilates allows for strength and conditioning to take place in a non-traumatic fashion through execution and efficiency of movement. Your body will appreciate this low-impact method of exercise and you will feel improvements in a short period of time.

We are now offering small group Mat Pilates classes!
Every Tuesday at 4:45 and Fridays at 4:00
$15 per class
Must call or email to save you space
Also offering Private sessions, $90/1 hour or $65/half hour.
Shared Duet Class $60 each.
