If she was wearing her seat belt then she would not have been ejected. The report must be wrong because you won't be ejected if you are wearing your seat belt properly.

She could have had it on and it could have failed, it was an older car, ya never know, it happened to a friend of mine years ago, he hit a pole and was ejected, his seat belt failed.....

She had her belt on. The seat collapsed and she flew out the back passenger window.

Be careful on all our roads. Good driving habits takes time and experience. Left hand turns are deadly.

That is the most ridiculous statement about how she was ejected
            from the vehicle.

Makes sense, seatbelts are designed for sitting, they dont work if tbe seat is reclined. So if the seat collasped one could essentially slide out from between the seat and belt. How awful for her, worked many accidents over the years, always amazed at what the forces involved in accidents does to the human body, never good and I can never forget what I have seen. Sorry you had to witness this accident.

Her car was struck twice from the rear, first by Vehicle 1, later by Vehicle 2. It says she was ejected after being hit the second time.

She wasn't ejected if she was wearing her seatbelt. Motorists get ejected with no seatbelt as in DUI cases.

P1 thought it was clear? and only missed 2 cars that were on the road.
I guess P1 forgot the basics of look left, look right, and left again before proceeding.
I know, that's being mean, but she killed a person all because she wasn't paying attention

Condolences to the family and friends of the victim.
