Forward Progress of the 500 plus Acres Tullock Fire Stopped

Jamestown, CA...The Tullock Fire is burning near Hwy 108 and Tulloch Road, 13 miles east of Oakdale. We checked in with Calfire TCU Command and forward progress of the Tullock Fire that has grown to over 500 acres has been stopped. They are calling it now 25% Contained. Traffic is still being impaired on Hwy 108 in the fire area and please use caution in the area for the next several hours and they get this one contained and controlled.

As a mom of a firefighter, I weary of all the armchair quarterbacks who think they know better. On any given day, a fire is approached differently according to conditions and available resources. Thank you for your positive response.

      Who keeps starting these fires?
Too many to be from innocent mistakes.
      Stupid reins now.
For God sakes people, get some clues.
      Morons.

As a mother who has personally been a firefighter and from a long family of firefighters, I will say that what we are doing is wrong and far to costly. Put the jobs in the forest in late fall and early spring using the forest products to help pay for the wages of the created jobs. Products such as lumber, mulch, compost, etc. More large planes to put the fires out saving the health of the people, keeping the water and environment clean and healthy. Then we will not need to put so many workers in fire danger and have so much sadness of lost human life, animals/wildlife and homes.

You are the "armchair" idiot lady. More concerned with recognition of yourself being a mother of a firefighter, rather than the health and safety of our state, people, children, animals...and much more.

If you were a firefighter then you know darn well they don't use 6 inch hard line.
As far as shoving anything in me, I will leave that for professional whores like yourself.
