Probably started by the lady in the tan Tahoe who has been living on the side of the road for months.

That's the Gypsy who begs most days around Sutter Hill shopping center and at Walmart. Sometimes she can be seen begging in Calaveras. She sleeps in her vehicle along the highway by Electra Road many nights now. She has been around for several years. She had younger children and a dog in the beginning. No children now. Now two men, one with dreads are with her sometimes. People have tried to help her, she chooses this lifestyle.

I don't understand why the Sheriff doesn't get her out of there.

Its not illegal to be homeless, what do you expect the Sheriff to do that does not violate her rights? Socialism at its best is on its way here from the Bay Area, get ready there will be more soon!!

            Homeless are neat folks.
I like the way they smell, their imaginative engineering with tarps & shopping carts. the used syringes and the poop on the sidewalk.

No, but it is illegal to squat. Especially, places with no facilities.

Round them up and drive the doggies back down to the flats.

            Nothing but a hazard otherwise.
