Long Barn, CA...CHP is reporting that a reporting party stated that he hit a deer. One can assume it was with his vehicle but that is not explicitly stated. So please use caution in the area for a probable vehicle vs deer collision but there is always the small possibility that inter species fisticuffs are underway in the area as well.

In the picture, snapped in the darkness of a Wilton vineyard, Jack Kautz crouches behind a dead buck, smiling broadly as he holds up the animal’s head by its freakishly large set of antlers.

It was a buck for the record books – with sprawling antlers about an arm’s width apart. If Kautz, 52, had been able to claim it as an official trophy, he could have added it to his long list of accomplishments detailed on the website of his family’s Lodi grape growing business, Ironstone Vineyards.

Jack's gun was confiscated and he wrecked his car so now he has to try and knock them out....🥊🥊🦌

Somebody wants to engage in pugilistic activities with a buck deer, I'm betting on buck.
The front hooves will take you out before the gore from the antlers.

Forget the hooves, a buck's breath will curl paint, especially if he was drinking ironstone anti-freeze.

Have also seen the aftermath when an Alaskan moose lands on a windshield, its flailing front legs and hooves slicing the driver. Like something out of Final Destination movie. You think you survived the collision, but wait...
