I always read MyMotherLode, and the crime over there is terrible, sadly Arnold is turning that way. They really do need to have an officer up there 24/7 they have that office, is anyone there?

Welcome to the first step of what will likely be a successful career. I hope you will be honest with the public with all that you do, but especially when you leave the area. Please do not let the sheriff tell your story, he will blame it on your pay. But we know that's not the real reason. All of us in this community take a pay cut.

Our household prays for the safety of all police officers, part of that goes for you! Amidst one of the most corrupt states it is a real challenge to be a cop. Thanks for taking on the challenge!!

Nicely said, all negativity aside about how our county is run, stay safe officers and welcome to Calaveras County. We really need you, and we hope you serve us well and you're treated well.
