Robbie Davis Arrested For Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Cruelty and Theft from an Elder & More

Columbia, CA...From the Tuolumne Sheriff's Dept..."On Saturday morning just after midnight, deputies responded to a home on Marble Quarry Road in Columbia for a reported assault. Deputies found a 65-year-old woman who had been assaulted by 49-year-old Robbie Davis. During the investigation, deputies learned Davis who was a friend to the woman had struck her in the arm, thrown her to the ground, kicked her and hit her on the head with a metal object causing a small laceration. During the altercation, Davis ripped a cabinet off the wall in the garage and took both set of keys to her vehicles and home before he fled the scene. Deputies arrested Davis when he later returned to the home.

Davis was booked into the Tuolumne County Jail on charges of assault with a deadly weapon, battery causing bodily injury, vandalism, petty theft, cruelty to elder and theft from an elder."

This should not go to trial. Mr. Davis should be brought to the Animal Shelter and euthanized like a rabid animal which is dangerous to the public.
How angry can one man be to assault an elderly woman regardless of how provoked. He's definitely a threat to the public.

Ditto! And if she was, we would have real governing going on rather than a daily barrage of scandals, vulgar tweets, investigations updates, porn affairs, and all the crap going on in our now desecrated White House. Makes me sick.

          Hillary for President?
What the phuck, are you sick or and deranged? Oh wait, you just said you're sick. Only a sick person would vote for Monika Lewinsky's ex-boyfriends wife.

Or one caught on video making lewd comments about what he would do to women. I don't understand how any one who has a daughter, wife or mother they love and respect could have voted for that disgusting and vile man.

Felony Elder Abuse Is A Crime
Posted on: 2018-01-25 06:44:56   By: Anonymous

So what's the bail for the felony of Elder Abuse up here? $100?
Or will you sock it to him and say $1,000 if you please promise to appear in court, pretty please? We wouldn't want you to go back and threaten her if she testifies against you.
Calaveras County, keeping our citizens safe.
