Governor Brown Declares State of Emergency in Ventura County Due to Thomas Fire

Sacramento, CA...Governor Edmund G. Brown Jr. today issued an emergency proclamation for Ventura County due to the effects of the Thomas Fire, which has damaged critical infrastructure, destroyed hundreds of homes and caused the evacuation of residents. “This fire is very dangerous and spreading rapidly, but we’ll continue to attack it with all we’ve got,” said Governor Brown. “It’s critical residents stay ready and evacuate immediately if told to do so.”

The full text of today’s proclamation is below:

    Obviously a blind dummy post.
tRump will not allow Fed disaster relief for this fire either, this due to Gov Brown showing leadership in climate change, Don The Con has been outed for the ignorant clown dummy owned by the fossil fuel cos he is.

All the clown dummies- there are a few states for you, where the tax cuts have decimated the state, and they deny climate change too, a place for you .

Kansas, Louisiana,Alabama, Texas, Ok, and more. Just look for the red states on a map and make your moving plans to stupidville.

Denying disaster aid to states for political reasons is immoral, but then tRump endorses a child predator (Moore) for the Senate.

    The GOP immoral sociopaths.

A flat earther comment. Keep the ignorance going tRumpkin.

With 98% of all climate scientists agreeing the increase of CO2 from burning fossil fuels has raised CO2 levels not seen for hundreds of thousands of years. Ice cores, sediments and sea levels, ice caps all show the evidence, but I know I'm wasting my time with you.

        Dumber than a board, MAGA!

That's right..... if everyone that voted for the killary lived, and those intelligent enough to see through the the evil fog died..., earth's temperature would remain static....,.. for the first time ever!, and all remaining creatures would stop eating each other and live happily ever after..... the end.....

There's never been a fire or fires of this magnitude in CA in December. Ironic/tragic that Gov. Brown is being penalized for his stand on climate change. Also - in case you're not paying attention - 2 million in aid to the homeless in CA just disappeared as well.

    You are right.
Governor Brown is responsible for all the carbon filled fire smoke going into the atmosphere and it's because instead of feeding and housing the homeless he's protecting illegal alien murderers.
