The Advisory Council is comprised of members from the participating counties; however, the Calaveras County Board of Supervisors has authority to assign eight (8) representatives and one (1) Provider of Service from the county.

All potential applicants must attend an Advisory Council meeting prior to submitting their application to their respective County.
