Burson and Mountain Ranch Marijuana Abatements

Calaveras County CA...On 9-11-17 The Calaveras County Sheriff’s Office Marijuana Enforcement Team assisted County Code Enforcement Officers with the execution of Marijuana Abatement Warrants which had been obtained for an unregistered marijuana cultivation sites. These sites were located in the 1100 block of Arapaho Lane in Burson, Ca, and in the 6200 block of Michel Road in Mountain Ranch, CA.

The abatement warrants were obtained after a civil hearing to determine if the cultivation site was within the scope of Calaveras County’s Marijuana Regulation and Registration program. At the conclusion of this abatement warrant, 977 marijuana plants totaling 2,600lbs were eradicated from the Arapaho Lane location where the property was found to have been littered with garbage and construction debris.

Additionally, 303 plants were eradicated from the Michel Road address where other possible code violations were noted for future follow up.

I love the discontent among the growers, they are turning each other in, bad-mouthing each other (listen when standing in line at Sender's), its great. Seems many are having trouble selling their inventories so they don't like each other and the competition. How much pot does the medical community need, drive them out or maybe they will all take each other out.

CCSO please come out Darby Lane, Diltz Lane and surrounding areas. Plenty of illegal grows for the picking.

Agreed. Guess everyone's trying their hand, even those who might have trouble keeping an African Violet alive. ;)

    Plenty More To Go

There are still hundreds of illegal grows out there.
So they got 2 more Whoop Pee !

The abatement should of been full on months ago. What were the fees paid by legal growers for?
The legal growers have a legal case to sue the county for non enforcement.
    Too little too late.

The jail has a defined quantity of inmates, due to staffiing inabilities. The process is called "Revolving Door".

Patience is a good thing. Our Sheriff and his team are eradicating a few at a time. This is an excellent strategy for several reasons. One of these reasons is that chronic enforcement over time, is effective. So cool your jets(please). Stop threatening the lawsuits. (Or keep on threatening because it shows your hand and lets us know irrefutibly that there is no other choice but to ban to stop the bleeding,)
