Tuolumne County Sheriff's Deputies Do Great Work Catching Thieves

Sonora, CA...On Saturday morning, the Tuolumne County Sheriff’s Office received a call from a concerned citizen who reported finding opened mailboxes on Bostwick Road near Rawhide Road in Sonora. A Deputy checked the area and did not find any suspicious people or vehicles.

Later in the day, a Deputy came across a blue 2005 Saturn SUV parked on Bergel Road under the Highway 108 overpass in Sonora. Two men, Timothy Logan and Timothy Squires were contacted with the vehicle. Both men are from Isleton, CA and a records check confirmed Logan to be on searchable probation out of Yolo County.

A search of the vehicle began which turned up stolen mail from the area of the earlier call for service. Numerous large tools, such as a chainsaw, pneumatic air wrench, and an angle grinder were also found. Deputies discovered a local business, TypeOne Tree Service, had been burglarized.

An employee of the business was contacted and he identified more than $3,000 worth of tools and gear which had been stolen from a storage container. Those items, along with the stolen mail, were returned to their rightful owners.

Both men were arrested for criminal conspiracy, burglary, possession of stolen property, possession of burglary tools (wire cutters, sledge hammer, pry bars…), and possession of blank checks (an article of the stolen mail) with the intent to defraud. Their SUV was towed from the scene.

Drugs probably had nothing to do with these thieves!

I think it was their passion for power tools that led then on this tirade.

If they could score a life without parole sentence in Calfornia's prisons, they have a better life expectancy than the rest of the state.

      .
Now let's see what the bail amount is set at, if the judge thinks it's wise to let them out again.
It's too bad we couldn't let the two gals at the Bath House in Angels
take them in and bath'em, give them a bath and board them for awhile. Problem solved.

Once again, are they still in custody, what is their sentence, let's see their mugs, if they are already out because of visionary, Jerry Brown, why? To commit more victimless crimes? What a joke this release program has been, if your home or business is broken into by a parolee, write Jerry a thank you! You liberals are beyond stupid!

I went to see if some of my stolen mail was there, along with some missing tools. On the back window they had a sticker, it's a shame you can't see it on here unfortunately
"Hillary and Kaine"
The cars even smelled like Democrats. Since our great leader for this state is a liberal/democrat these two will be out and about walking and stealing in no time.
Please take a gander on MYMOTHERLODE as to what these two look like. They both look like they'd slit you mother, grandmother, or a kids throat for two bits.
