Traffic Update....Fatal Collision On Hwy 4 Near Stallion, Hwy 4 (Update...Hwy 4 Has Reopened)

Angels Camp, CA...CHP has confirmed another fatal collision on our local roads. Hwy 4 is currently blocked near Stallion between Angels Camp & Copperopolis. Hwy 4 is currently closed between Hwy 49 in Angels Camp and Poole Station. You can get to Copperopolis if you go to San Andreas and take Poole Station down from there. Please use caution and expect delays in the area...

It's getting crazy around here I see cars in fields seen a Jeep into pole on pool station just crazy don't go out locals your life could be in jeopardy.

There was another fatality just a few weeks ago around hunt Rd. The Frog Jumps weekend is just beginning.........slow down, drive defensible. Too many people, not enough road.

    Especially since a local caused this accident and killed this woman, and put her husband in the hospital.
    Condolences to the family and friends of Nancy and her husband, hopefully he'll recover from body injuries soon.

Prayers for those who've lost loved ones this past day or two on our roads. Please slow down everyone and be careful out there. And please do call CHP to report if you see an erratic or unsafe driver. There are plenty of officers in the area during fair for exactly that reason; you may just prevent another tragedy and save a life.
