It's 99% locals, just the drunks, car accidents, skanks, drug users getting busted, arrested, the let out on bail so it keeps the Gov cost down and the same criminals getting, drunk, drugged up, more crimes being committed by the same individuals. Poor flatlanders getting all the blame when it's actually our own who live here. All of the puke who have moved here, knowing that the long arm of the law, no matter how well they do their job, get stabbed in the back when these criminals skip out of the court house with a bail low enough that a 3rd grader can come up with.
Did you know that it is now SAFER to live in a big city then it is to live here in our little community? It would not be, if the local judges raised bail on those who committed these crimes over and over again. These judges we have must really dislike our Sheriffs to let out the same criminals over and over again.
What a shame, our community use to be safer then a big city, now we have this....thank you your Honor for always letting out criminals so they can be repeat offenders.

I didn't see Chainsaw Oliveira District 3 name in the report for driving drunk in Arnold.
