Temporary Closure of Rock Creek Solid Waste Facility
Milton, CA...A severe wind advisory is in effect for Calaveras County. The Rock Creek Solid Waste Facility is experiencing wind speeds up to sixty miles per hour. Therefore, the Facility is closing immediately today, Friday February 17, 2017, and is expected to open tomorrow, Saturday, February 18, 2017, at 8:00 am.
At this time the storm advisory is not affecting the County Transfer Stations, which will remain open the remainder of the day.

Avery Transfer Station - 4541 Segale Road
Copperopolis Transfer Station - 3831 O'Byrnes Ferry Road
San Andreas Transfer Station - 4285 Highway 49
Gambi Disposal - 968 Church Hill Street, San Andreas
Paloma Transfer Station - 4347 Paloma Road
Red Hill Transfer Station - 5314 Red HIll Road
Wilseyville Transfer Station - 4598 Blizzard Mine Road
