Holiday Gifts Of Art Boutique

San Andreas, CA...Oh there’s no place like home for the holidays. . . and the place to shop for unique art gifts is The Calaveras Arts Council Gallery located in historic downtown San Andreas

artscouncil

The Calaveras Arts Council is once again hosting the Holiday Affordable Gifts of Arts Boutique in the gallery located at 22 N. Main Street in San Andreas. Avoid the malls and enjoy a relaxed, shopping experience. Unlike on-line shopping you can actually touch and see the objects you are buying! Choose from affordable original art, prints, cards, jewelry, ceramics, music, books, pottery, and much, much more. Numerous local artists including Cristi Canepa, Susan Conner, Dolores Cozzo, Brenda Garcia, Susie Hoffman, Gordon Long, Ruth Morrow, Sharon Rubenstein, Helen Scofield, John Slot, Larisa Stevenson, Martha Wallace, Michi Watanabe, Winnifred Wilson, Ken Winebrenner and many others will have a variety of items available for sale beginning Monday, November 7.

There will be a Grand Holiday Open House on Tuesday, December 6, 5:00 pm to 8:00pm. Of course, you are encouraged to visit the Gallery all of November and get a head start on your holiday shopping. Share the artists’ creativity and their spirit with your family and friends this year by selecting original, one of a kind gifts of art. Your purchases support both local artists and the Calaveras Arts Council. Calaveras Arts Council members receive a 10% discount off their purchases. In addition, this year you can purchase a beautiful 2017 AnimalScapes calendar for only $10 with any purchase.

The Gallery is open Monday through Thursday from 11:00am to 5:00pm and Friday and Saturday from 11:00am to 3:00pm. The gallery accepts cash, checks and credit card. Call the Calaveras Arts Council, which is a non-profit, public benefit corporation, at 209-754-1774 for any arts-related information or go its website at www.calaverasarts.org.
