Completion Of Pavement Project Brings Improvements To SR-108
Tuolumne County,CA...The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) has recently completed a $2.0 million pavement preservation project on State Route 108 (SR-108) in Tuolumne County.
This maintenance overlay project paved over 14 miles of roadway surface, typically extending surface life for three to five years. Paving work occurred at the following locations:
Six miles of SR-108 from Stoddard Springs Road to Mono Road.
Eight miles of SR-108 from Cow Creek Road to one mile east of Eagle Meadow Road.
Caltrans would like to extend its appreciation to motorists, businesses and residents for their patience and cooperation during construction of the SR-108 pavement preservation project.
