Harley was born in Richmond, Ca on May 23rd, 1963. In 1969, the family moved to the Jenny Lind area of Valley Springs, in 1977, the family moved to Clements, where he attended Lodi High, and graduated in 1981. He then went to work for Fayette in Tracy, Ca. In 1987 he married and moved to back to the Valley Springs area with his wife Rhonda. In 1990, he joined his father's business, Valley Springs Electric. In 1997, he went to work for Mueller Electric until the day of his passing. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and all outdoor sports. He especially enjoyed his time at the racetrack being a member of the pit crew for Bolin Builders race team, where they traveled the west coast on the weekends. Some of his fondest memories was coaching the Junior Redskins in 2011 and 2012. He loved cooking for various events for family and friends whenever he could. His wife and children referred to him as Big Bear, and was often times called a "gentle giant". His laugh was contagious and his smile was beaming, his hugs were welcomed, and always had a kind word for everyone and a helping hand for those who needed it.

A Celebration of Life will be held October 1st, 2016 at the Burson Lions Club at 1pm. Dinner will be provided with a pot luck side and dessert bar. With more information regarding food, contact Carlotta Coss at (209) 642-5628, message is welcomed. Please join our family to celebrate the life of our beloved Harley, who was the best husband, father, grandfather "Popo", son, brother, uncle and friend.
