Who should have an ESA? Any full time or part time resident with Heating and/or cooling systems should have an ESA. Often systems that sit unused for long periods will build up corrosion at a rapid rate as well as allowing “critters” time to move in and make them their homes. An ESA will allow you the peace of mind to know your home will be comfortable and you can worry about the skiing or boating conditions.
