We Need You to VOTE Here!! Letter To The Editor By Dale Pilgeram
Arnold, CA...Our communities really need your help and participation in the upcoming November election. If you are registered, please go out and vote. If you currently are registered to vote in another county or not registered at all; please register in Calaveras County where your vote will really count and make a difference (it only takes a few minutes)....
District 3 of Calaveras County representing our area only had 3,000 voters in the Primary
Election in June. Think what a difference your vote will make here vs your vote in a county
with millions of residents and voters. Make yourself heard here where you come for
entertainment & recreation, pay property taxes, fees & assessments, and most likely CCWD
water and/or sewer bills.
Approximately 70% of you property owners have chosen another county to vote locally in or
are not registered at all. For you to enjoy your property, you need a growing business and
entertainment community, property to be increasing in value, abundant water supply and
delivery, and safety and law enforcement protection for you and your property. You need
leadership in county government and the associations you own property in. The following
seats are crucial for all of us, make a difference and VOTE:
. District 3 Supervisor
. District 3 CCWD (water) Board Director
. (2) Judges
It takes only a couple of minutes to establish your voting registration and VOTE BY MAIL
capability. After the election you can just as easily change back. You should make the
change at least 30 days before the election. You will need to know the address of your
property, the name of this county (Calaveras) and personal information like your mailing
address and your driver’s license number.

recreational resources, jobs, expanded business areas, and increasing property values.
