Silver Oak Medical Office Honored with Quality Improvement Award
San Andreas, Ca—Silver Oak Medical Office has been awarded the 2014 California Quality Improvement Recognition Award by Health Services Advisory Group of California, Inc. (HSAG of California), the Medicare Quality Improvement Organization for California. It is one of only 47 such awards conferred in the state. “This prestigious award reflects the hard work and patientcentered accomplishments of our health care providers using health information technology to report quality measures, identify opportunities to enhance care and achieve improved patient outcomes,” said Peter Oliver, MD President and founder of Silver Oak Medical Office. “Our goal is to incorporate quality outcomes with stateof theart electronic health records to improve the care we provide to our patients, and to improve the health of our entire community”. HSAG of California reviewed the performance of California physician providers participating in quality improvement efforts during the past year, including Silver Oak. Based on specific criteria, physician practices received either a platinum or gold award. Because of their superior performance in reducing the impacts of multiple disease conditions in their patient, Silver Oak Medical Office received the highest award for the quality of care they offer...

Silver Oak Medical Office is a multispecialty group practice founded in 1993. Drs. Oliver and Kelaita work with Sarah Grimes, MD, Shane Patterson, MD and Ken Romans, PA.
