False Alarm Nets Three Arrests in Arnold
Arnold, Ca...On 5-11-14 at about 0821hrs, Deputies responded to a report of an alarm sounding at 11049 Dunbar Road in Arnold. Upon arriving, Deputies contacted Stacey McBride parked in a vehicle near the business where the alarm was sounding. Deputies additionally contacted subjects inside the building, identified as Emily Blackledge and Matthew Stanley....
Arnold, Ca...On 5-11-14 at about 0821hrs, Deputies responded to a report of an alarm sounding at 11049 Dunbar Road in Arnold. Upon arriving, Deputies contacted Stacey McBride parked in a vehicle near the business where the alarm was sounding. Deputies additionally contacted subjects inside the building, identified as Emily Blackledge and Matthew Stanley.
It was determined that Emily Blackledge and Matthew Stanley had outstanding misdemeanor warrants out of Calaveras County and were duly arrested. During a search of Stacey McBride and her vehicle, methamphetamine was located along with other prescription narcotics as well as drug paraphernalia. Emily Blackledge and Matthew Stanley were booked into the Calaveras County Jail on their warrants. Stacey McBride was charged with 11377(A)H&S, possession of a controlled substance, 11351 H&S possession of a controlled substance for sale and 11352(A) H&S transportation of a controlled substance. All subjects had permission to be on the property and the alarm was determined to be false call for service.
