District Three Candidates Night At Sequoia Woods

Arnold, CA...With a focus on economic development, candidates for County Supervisor in District 3 will assembled for a questions and answers session at the Sequoia Woods Country Club in Arnold on Tuesday May 6. Candidates for other county races opened the event for the first half hour, followed by a one-hour Q&A session for the county supervisor contenders. This event began at 6:00 PM with meet and greet hour. The Q&A sessions begin at 7:00 PM and the EDC's Bob Doten kept the event on schedule and moving. Spring Monthly Mixers

Please Join us on Thursday, April 17th from 5:30-7:00 p.m. at the Calaveras County Humane Society Thrift Store in Arnold. Located at 2182 California 4, Arnold, CA 95223.

This mixer is co-hosted by The Calaveras County Chamber of Commerce and Above and Beyond Travel.

Come enjoy a great glass of Calaveras Wine, fantastic appetizers and network with local business and community leaders!

In May, please join us on May 8th at the Calaveras County Fair Ground's Ranch House as we co-host a mixer with the Calaveras County Visitors' Center and the Calaveras County Friends of the Fair. This event takes place from 5:30-7:00 p.m.

Come learn all about everything our County Fair and Frog Jumping Jubilee!

Chamber mixers entrance fees are $10 per person donation. All mixers are open to the public and guest are always welcome!
2014 Chamber Golf – Raising Money for Scholarships

Please join us on Friday, June 27th at Greenhorn Creek Golf Course for our 2014 Golf for Scholarships Tournament.

This year's tournament is a 4 person per team scramble, with a 1 p.m. shotgun start. The day of golf will be followed by an awards banquet/dinner/dance at CAMPS Restaurant.

Cost to play is $125 per player or $475 for a 4 person team. Dinner/Dance tickets can also be purchased separately for $20 per person.

Many sponsorship opportunities are available.

This tournament funds annual scholarships for Calaveras and Bret Harte High School graduates entering college with a business major.
