Mark Twain Medical Center announces new Emergency Room physician group partnership with national leader in care
San Andreas, CA...Mark Twain Medical Center, (MTMC) through its affiliation with Dignity Health, has announced the partnership with CEP AMERICA for their emergency services department. “CEP is a national leader in Emergency Room care and has a very good reputation for assisting departments in pursuing excellence,” stated Craig Marks, Hospital President. “Please join me in welcoming this team of physicians and supporting them as we all work to make the front door (our ER), the door that all Calaveras County residents want to use for emergency services in the future.” “Patients who visit MTMC may soon notice acceleration in their Time-to-Provider, as the emergency department implements a new patient flow system as part of a partnership with CEP America, a leading provider of acute care management and staffing solutions,” continued Marks, ...

This partnership with CEP America provides ED staff access to proven methods such as its Rapid Medical Evaluation® (RME) program, designed to improve patient flow and ensure that patients are treated as quickly as possible through an enhanced team-based approach. The emergency department is utilizing CEP America’s expertise in the areas of physician leadership, clinical excellence, client relations, service excellence, compliance and risk management.
