Angels Camp, CA...The Angels Camp Business Association invites you to join in our seventh Annual “A Taste of Calaveras”. This event is a celebration of wine, food, art and culture of Calaveras County showcasing only Calaveras businesses and products. We will be featuring vintages from Calaveras wineries, local vodka and food from Calaveras restaurateurs...
Calaveras artists will be attending with a special art show. Dave Bowman will MC the days activities including the live auction featuring a Winemakers Dinner for 8 at the Murphys House on Main with wine and chocolate pairing, Oars River Trip, Weekend at the Sea Horse Ranch, PAWS Elephant Grape Stomp tickets for 4 and an IPAD with a tech tudor. The Silent Auction will feature wine baskets and Calaveras
Experiences and Calaveras products.
The Fabulous Off Brothers will be performing throughout the day for everyone's enjoyment. And stroll among the vintage car display.
Back this year is the VIP area, attendees will enjoy a VIP experience, complete with barrel tasting and reserve tastings from ChatomVineyards as well as food and wine pairings from chef Shelly Smith, chocolate and wine pairing from the Chocolate Lady and Bodega del Sur Winery, chocolate shooters and other surprises - all served to your table by Miss Calaveras and her court. Upon entry, each VIP ticket holder will receive a special pass and a glass of champagne from Ironstone Vineyards There are limited VIP tickets available.
Tickets are $30 advance, $40 at the gate and the VIP area tickets are $45 and $55 at the gate. All ticket holders will receive a commemorative Wine Glass.
This year Taste of Calaveras will benefit the Angels Camp Family Medical Center and Women's Center.
