Angels Camp, CA...After months of work, Dennis and Vernagae Lee, Calaveras County residents and 20-year local motel owners, will unveil Travelodge Angels Camp with a Grand Opening. For its 20th birthday, The Angels Inn Motel has been getting a makeover, transforming it into Travelodge Angels Camp. Since last March the Lees have been working with the Wyndham Hotel Group, not only meeting their standards to become a Travelodge, but adding a few welcoming touches of their own. The motel’s 55 rooms are completely refurbished with new carpet, beds, bedding, drapes, lamps, and 40” flat-panel TVs.
