Beautiful Vineyard Setting for Renner's Harvest Winemaker Dinner Saturday Night

Murphys, CA...Last Saturday night Rennery Winery's beautiful Canterbury Vineyard was the backdrop for their Harvest Winemaker Dinner. The dinner took place outside under the Full Harvest moon starting at 6:30. The 5 course dinner paired Renner wines with lobster ravioli, gulf shrimp, filet mignon, and much more...

About Renner: In 1995, Doctors Ian and Elena Renner decided to finally plant the vineyard of their dreams, planting their first eight acres of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. Situated on a peninsula overlooking New Melones Reservoir, the land was blessed with cool afternoon breezes coming off the water, and they felt the microclimate here would lend itself to producing world-class grapes and wines. Today their dream is realized with the first release of Estate-Grown wines and Olive Oil.

Now, working with a talented local winemaker, Nathan Vadar, the combination of top quality grapes, a wonderful macroclimate and schist soil, and a passion and talent from all involved, Renner Winery is producing top class wines that rank with the finest the region has to offer. In order to bring our wines to more people, we have recently relocated our tasting room from Copperopolis to Murphys Main Street! We are very excited to be part of the Murphys crowd and be so much closer to our vineyards, now a mere 10 minutes away. Our tasting room staff Lydia, Suzy and Milt invite you join them in the eclectic tasting room at 498 Main Street, Murphys and sample the estate grown wines for yourself.
