The lovely Chef Beverly Torrez-Petty has put together these beautiful three courses for tonight's Wednesday Wine dinner, paired of course with award-winning Chatom wines! $35 incl. all courses & pairings....
FIRST... Butter lettuce salad with sweet corn, red onion and fig with crumbled bleu and apple cider vinaigrette
Pairing: 2010 Chatom Vineyards Semillon
SECOND... Petite NY Steak with couscous, caramelized fennel, xocopili-dried cherry sauce
Pairing: 2008 Chatom Vineyards Touriga
LAST... Dark Chocolate Ganache Tart, salted caramel ice cream, black pepper and olive oil marinated berries
