We are a new & used bookstore located in historic downtown Murphys, CA. We're tucked in the Sierra Nevada foothills in the thick of the gold country, yet just a few hours from the SF Bay Area. Owner Susan Shoaff handpicks the best of every genre, and specializes in sustainable living titles, gold rush history, and spirituality of all sort.
We special order titles for customers at 15% off retai
l for paperbacks and 20% off for hardcovers.
Our children's section is our favorite part of the store, where kids of all ages can find tantalizing tales and incredible artwork.
Customers love our greeting cards for laugh therapy and wonderful variety. We carry journals and stationery supplies as well, and are always growing our sustainable goods inventory.
