Golf Tournament Supports Prevention Program
Murphys, CA...The Ebbetts Pass Moose Lodge hosted their annual golf tournament at Forest Meadows last week. Over the past 4 years the Moose Lodge, under the direction of Dick Heisinger, has donated more than $ 25,000 to various charities through out the county....
This year’s recipient was HRC’s Child Abuse Prevention Program, receiving over $5,000.
This year’s tournament was dedicated to the memory of Dick Heisinger, who had worked so hard and been instrumental in putting the tournament together over the past four years. Unfortunately, Dick passed away shortly before this years event. Dick’s family is committed to continuing the tradition of this wonderful event in his memory along with the help of the Ebbetts Pass Moose Lodge.
The Moose Lodge would like to thank the many donors and sponsors that made this years tournament so successful. They have already set a date for next years tournament, which will be the Dick Hesinger Memorial Golf Tournament at Forest Meadows on June 21, 2008. Mark your calendars for a fun filled event.
