CONGRATULATIONS TO DONNA RIVERS ON HER RETIREMENT!! Stop By Middleton's Hallmark for Her Farewell Party!!

Angels Camp, CA....The Hallmark “Lady” is retiring after working for Middleton’s for over 25 years!
Donna was born in Hayward, Wisconsin and moved to Murphys with her parents and sister in the late 1940s. She graduated from Bret Harte in 1950. She’s held many jobs throughout her career but retail is where she excelled with her warmth & personality. Donna worked for John Berry at Murphys Pharmacy, Mark Twain Pharmacy, & in 1987 joined Middleton’s Hallmark as manager Her husband Lloyd is anxiously waiting for their days of leisure once she gets all of “their” projects finished at home...

Children; Gary/Mary Keeney of Stockton, Jeri/Steve Volk of Nebraska, Julie/Mark Collins of Murphys, and her sister Joyce Tanner, along with her many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces & nephews have promised that she won’t get bored with retirement.

She will be missed at Hallmark by customers, friends & co-workers who won’t forget, her smiling behind the register, sharing a laugh with them or “whistling” while she worked.

Donna will always be a part of the “Middleton” Family, no longer an employee but a life-long friend. They wish to thank her for her dedication, never tiring work ethic, & loyalty she has shown throughout the years, she will be dearly missed.

Donna enjoy your “Retirement” and all the best life has to offer in your much EARNED days off!
Stop in Friday at Middleton’s Hallmark for cake and farewell!
