Valley Springs, CA...Oscar Louis Vega, 52, of Valley Springs, CA. Born January 24, 1960 in Oakland, CA Passed away quietly on June 2, 2012 at his home in Valley Springs, CA. He graduated from Moreau High School in 1978 and had worked as a professional plumber for many years. He had a great love for his sons & family. Oscar enjoyed gardening and fishing. He touched many lives and will be greatly missed. He is preceded in death by his father, Oscar Vega Sr. and his sister, Kathleen King...
He is survived by: his sons, Philip & Tony Vega of Dublin, CA, his wife Karen Vega of Dublin, CA, mother and stepfather, Adela and A.D. Hawkins of Modesto, CA, grandmother, Margaret Bustos of Richmond, CA, his sister Margaret Vega of Pleasanton, CA, step brother Adams Hawkins of San Diego, CA. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Mass will be held on June 23, 2012 at St Andrews Catholic Church in San Andreas, CA at 1:00PM
San Andreas Memorial Chapel in charge of the arrangements.
