Barrels of Fun at Chicken in a Barrel Fundraiser
Murphys, CA...on June 2nd..the 23rd Annual Chicken in a Barrel Fundraiser clucked it's way into Murphys Community Park. It was time to relax and celebrate the end of another successful school year at the annual Family Fundraiser on Saturday. This year’s fun will included a full chicken barbecue dinner, live music by Plan B, children’s games, dunk tank, bounce house, “chicken poop” bingo, bake sale, raffle, snack bar, and even a chicken parade!

The hard working chicken crew is also looking for some hardworking volunteers to help spearhead the event for next year.
Now in its 23rd year, “Chicken in a Barrel” is the main annual fundraiser for Albert Michelson Elementary School, presented by the Michelson Parents Club. Many volunteers are needed. For more information or to volunteer to help, contact Donna Hester at 728-8855.
