Together, We Are Saving the Mokelumne River Annual Foothill Conservancy Fundraising Dinner to be Held at the Kennedy Mine Sunday, July 1st
Come celebrate the Foothill Conservancy’s recent victories for the Mokelumne River at the Conservancy’s annual fundraising BBQ dinner, which will be held at the historic Kennedy Mine on Sunday, July 1. The event will feature a delicious BBQ dinner, fine wines, lively music, wonderful company, and fun raffles and auctions for great prizes. It will begin at 4 p.m....

The meal will include barbecued pork tenderloin, teriyaki chicken, pesto pasta, two salads, garlic bread, dessert from Andrae’s Bakery of Amador City, and fine no-host Terre Rouge and Easton Wines. The Easton Wild and Scenic Mokelumne 2009 Fiddletown Zinfandel, normally available only by the case or half-case from the winery, will be available for purchase by the bottle at the event.
Raffle and auction prizes include a night at Sorensen’s Resort, a week’s stay in a private furnished home near S. Lake Tahoe, fine Amador wines, hand-crafted items, a guided hike, Dr. Bob Hartmann’s famous shortbread, gift certificates for local restaurants and professional services, and much more.
