I guess all this technological equipment has it in for those of us that are auditorally challenged. I have both the computer and your interview at highest volume and it is barely heard.

Copperoppolis is ripe for an economic boom.
We need to speed up transplants to Copperopolis
We are "out of inventory" which means there is a "new wave of people cominig to COpperopolis"?
The area of Hwy 4 & 49 is perfect for big box stores.
So the road to Melones will kill Angels Camp because anyone coming to Melones from the North will go thru Copper on a road where they negotiated the "property" for 155 homes and a commerical center. AND the big box store is perfect in Angels, but has no place in Copper because it does not fit in to C&Cs idea of what Copper should be. Once again russ wants to speed up transplants to the area so that we can quickly reach the 40,000 people he promised and out of investory because SO many people want to move here. He is as out of touch ow as he was then. And once again, what is his track record??? Please name the "changes" he made.
