Experience “A Taste of the Arts” – March 24, 2012
Sutter Creek, CA...The deadline to sign-up for A Taste of the Arts is March 16. Don’t miss this opportunity on Saturday, March 24, to sample three 90-minute workshops of your choice given by some of our area’s top artists. It costs only $15 total; all supplies are included. Open to adults and teenagers, this fun mini arts institute begins at 8:00 am for check-in. Classes start at 8:30 and end at 1:45 pm at Amador High School in Sutter Creek...
Pre- Registration is required. Classes will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis, with a maximum of 15 students per class. Many have already sign-up, but there’s still room. You can also reserve a $5 boxed lunch. You can register and pay online by credit card on the AmadorArts website, or the form is in a brochure which can be found at various locations. Like last year’s successful inaugural event, A Taste of the Arts- 2012 is a collaboration of the Amador Schools Arts Foundation and AmadorArts.

Carol Harper – Introduction to Voice
Pam Sharp – Painting Amador County Scenes
Dan Balsley – My First Bonsai: A Living Art
To Pre-Register, go to www.amadorarts.org where completion of the Form and payment by PayPal can all be done on-line. Or, you can print and mail the Form with a check, sending it to AmadorArts, P.O. Box 1722, in Jackson. Or, you can visit a location where the A Taste of the Arts brochure is with the registration form. Those places are: Amador Council of Tourism office in Sutter Hill; Clarks’s Corner in Ione; Hein & Co. Books in Jackson; Dr. Kenneth Curry’s Dental office in Plymouth; Munnerlyn’s Ice Cream in Pine Grove. Or, call 223-9038 to request a brochure by mail. For those who register and pay after March 16, the cost will be $25.
