"Just Like Home" Assisted Living of Vallecito, Wins Approval to Go To 10 Beds
Vallecito, CA..."Just Like Home", Assisted Living of Vallecito, has won approval at today's Board of Supervisors meeting to expand their operations to 10 beds. They are currently operating at the currently permitted 6 bed capacity. Congratulations to the owners and this is a beautiful facility and the new zoning changes will allow the facility to be used in its designed manner...
Owner Daniel Stevenson gave high marks to the current planning director and staff. The previous planning directors and planning staff in his estimation have cost him between $750,000 and $1,000,000.
All three agenda items that made it to the Board of Supervisors today from the planning commission. Went forward as most of the details were worked out in advance and were ready to be voted upon after public comments.
"Just Like Home of Vallecito" provides a comfortable, home-like atmosphere while providing assistance to our residents requiring "help" with daily activities.
